Fajrin Hanggoro has a diverse background in business development, market research, and policy advisory, spanning various industries, including steel industry and power generation. These experience has culminated in his current role as Program Manager for Industrial Decarbonization and Transition Minerals at ViriyaENB.
With over 15 years of experience in various organization from Krakatau Steel ( state owned enterprise), Siemens Energy (multinational company) and GIZ (bilateral program) has allowed him to leverage his analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit to address the critical challenge of industrial decarbonization. Trained as an economist at the University of Indonesia, Fajrin later pursued a master's degree in energy policy at the University of Sussex, which deepened his expertise in sustainable energy systems and policy frameworks for transitioning to low-carbon economies.
