Najla is a Program Associate for Economy, Trade & Diplomacy at ViriyaENB. Holding a degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia, Najla has a deep interest in international development and in exploring the intersection of international trade, diplomacy, and sustainable energy transition. At ViriyaENB, Najla supports the Program Manager in managing initiatives that advance structural reform and transition efforts across economic policy areas, which involves applying diplomacy and cross-sectoral analysis to build the necessary fiscal capacities and financial resources while ensuring inclusiveness for an equitable and regenerative net-zero economy. Before joining ViriyaENB, Najla gained experience in policy research, stakeholder coordination, and communications through roles at the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), The Habibie Center, and TikTok Indonesia.

Her previous work included supporting research on Indonesia’s energy transition, organizing high-level diplomatic forums and public policy dialogues, and managing communications for national-scale programs. These experiences have reinforced her commitment to advancing collaborative approaches that connect sustainable development, economic diplomacy, and climate initiatives.
