Lis Nurhayati

Lis is ViriyaENB's Programme Manager for economy, trade, and diplomacy. She has over 15 years of experience managing programs that evolved from environmental sectors—such as disaster risk reduction, forest management, and agriculture, to economic areas including trade and investment, climate finance, and public financial management. Her career spans work in Indonesia and regional portfolios across Southeast, South, and West Asia through roles with the Green Climate Fund, ASEAN Secretariat, and projects funded by USAID, DFAT/Australia, IOM, and Save the Children.

Her core expertise includes strategic programming, portfolio management, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). She has strong interest linking environmental sustainability and economic growth through coherent policy, investment, and practice.
